Hey There! Need to Make a Return or Exchange? No Worries! We've Got You Covered!
We totally get it; sometimes things don't quite hit the mark. If you find yourself less than thrilled with your order (for any reason), please don't hesitate to give us a shout within 10 days of receiving your goodies. We're all about happy customers, and we'll bend over backward to ensure your satisfaction. If that means you'd like to return something, we've got your back.
For Returns:
📧 Drop Us an Email: Shoot us a message at nicole@nicoleburchjewelry.com within 10 days of receiving your order, but before you pop it in the mail. This way, we can make sure you're sending it to the right place.
💳 Refund Process: Your refund will be issued in the same way you paid when you checked out.
⏰ Give It a Little Time: Please allow up to a week after we receive your return for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For Shipping:
✉️ Let's Confirm the Address: Before you send your package our way, please ping us to double-check you've got the correct return address.
📦 Keep It Neat: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn/unused and still hanging out in their original packaging. When you ship them back to us, use a padded mailer or the original box to keep them safe and sound during their journey.
Just a Heads-Up:
🙅♂️ No Refunds for Damaged Goods: We can't process a refund if we receive damaged chains, stones, beads, or a package that looks like it's been through a rough patch. So, let's make sure your return is in tip-top shape!
✍️ Include the Details: When you send your return, please include your first name, last name, order number, and the reason for the return (especially if it arrived damaged). It helps us streamline the process and get you sorted ASAP.
Exchanges:
🔄 Switcheroo? Unfortunately, our website doesn't have a built-in exchange feature for inventory reasons. No worries, though! Just shoot us an email to kick off the return process, and feel free to place a new order for what you'd like.
Excluded from Returns:
🔒 Custom Pieces: Custom creations are super special, and they're made just for you. We even send pics before shipping to ensure they're your cup of tea. As a result, custom pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. If you're not over the moon with your custom order, we can always chat about adjustments.
