Yes! I always keep you in the loop from start to finish. You will receive pictures, and videos of the finished product to make sure you like it. If there is something I just didn't get right, this is the time to mention it to me. Sometimes small adjustments can be made to the finished product.

I have a required down payment of 50% of the total cost is due in order to get in my order que. You can also choose to pay for the full balance upfront. **Solid Gold- the full amount is due upfront before the order is entered into que.

No, I do not offer any payment plans for custom orders. But, there are a wide range of payment options on inventory items, including finance options.

I use a secured payment platform, that I send you an invoice through. You will be able to pay your invoice with most major credit cards. 

Yes! I can ship it to whoever you like. The price of shipping will depend on the location of the recipient. I offer free hand written notes with each order, so feel free to let me know a short message to write to the recipient. No packing slip will be offered in your order, you will get the invoice electronically.

Since your custom order is made just for you, I do not accept returns for these items. Don't worry though, I send pictures/ videos of your piece upon completion to make sure you love it. If there is something that I just didn't get right, please let me know at that time, so I can make it right. In the event that you recieve your pieces, and something doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out to me so I can help you with your concerns, and come up with a solution. My goal is to make sure you have an amazing experience. 

My goal is to get to all inquiries in a timely matter. Sometimes I get influxes of inquiries, so times can vary. Please allow up to 1 week for me to review your form.
